How do I add a new user to my Samsara account?

Tip: Please look for an email from our Customer Support Engineer indicating the email address of the user to be created.

  1. Login to your Samsara account (cloud.samsara.com)
  2. In the lower-left corner of your Samsara dashboard, click on the Settings gear ⚙️
  3. Under ORGANIZATION, click on Users & Roles
  4. In the top-right corner, click on the + Invite User button
  5. Enter the email address of the user provided by the HAAS Alert Customer Support Engineer
  6. Choose 'Standard Admin' for the Role
  7. Choose 'Entire Organization' for the Access
  8. Click Save
  9. A welcome email will be automatically generated and sent to the email address of the new user
