Problem: I am a brand new user of Safety Cloud Dashboard, and I'm unsure what to do next.
Solution: You should have received an email from HAAS Alert sent to the email address on record with HAAS Alert (usually your company email).
Follow the link in that email to reset your password. Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
- Visit safetycloud.haasalert.com and click on the 'Forgot password?' button
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for an email from HAAS Alert with a password reset link
