The HAAS Alert SDK application file controls when Ericsson Cradlepoint devices send vehicle information to Safety Cloud.
Your HAAS Alert integration specialist should have provided a .tar.gz file — you’ll upload this file into NetCloud Manager during this step.
Follow the instructions below to add (or update) the SDK in your account.
Before You Begin
You'll need:
- Access to Ericsson's Netcloud Manager
- The HAAS Alert SDK (.tar.gz) file provided by your integration specialist
- Permission to add or update applications within NetCloud
Add or Update the HAAS Alert SDK application
- Log in to Netcloud Manager
- In the left navigation pane, select Tools
- Under the SDK tab, verify that Enable NCOS SDK is turned on
- Click + Add SDK Application
- Upload the .tar.gz file provided by HAAS Alert and click Upload
Warning: If you see any existing HAAS Alert or NCOS SDK applications listed under Available Apps. STOP IMMEDIATELY and contact HAAS Alert Support before proceeding. Installing a second application can cause unexpected behavior.
