Responder-to-Responder (R2R) is an add-on service from HAAS Alert that provides in-vehicle alerts for first responders when there is an impending potential collision involving another HAAS-equipped vehicle. This guide walks you through configuring GPIOs so they correctly trigger the R2R system.
Configure R2R
- Log in to NetCloud Manager as a user with Admin rights
- Click Groups in the left menu
- Tick the box next to the HAAS Alert Group you created earlier
- At the top of the Groups section, click Configuration
- Select Edit in the dropdown
- In the Configuration window, click System
- Then click GPIOs
Tip: There are two cable options depending on the router. The default 4-pin square power port or the optional GPIO extensibility cable. Which one is used is important for this step.

Pick ONE of these options based on whether you're using the 4-pin square power port, or the GPIO extensibility cable
